In this simulation, there are at least three internal or external drivers of change for the organization, all of which attempt to improve growth and productivity. One internal driver is, of course, you as the simulator. You, as the simulator, are perhaps the most important internal driver in implementing change and growth in the company. The other important internal driver is the group of advisors with whom you, as the simulator, are required to interact with in order to get other opinions regarding the running of the plan. External drivers include all of the other businesses similar to this one with whom your company must compete. There are other drivers that are pivotal in change management, and one only needs to consider them, as well as various change management theories, when working out difficulties and implementing change within a company or an organization.
