BUILDING THE LANGUAGE AND LITERACY ABILITIES OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS
Bilingual education and ELS education are mostly similar when it comes to educating foreign students, both in America and abroad. There are several different factors that must be addressed in order for a clear picture to be painted when dealing with these very similar types of language education. Perhaps the largest difference between bilingual education in the States and ELS language education overseas is the geographical difference.
