A Discussion and Analysis of The Clinton Health Care Proposal

The purpose of this research paper is to assess the evolution of the Clinton Health Care Proposal, as it was originally prescribed, to the present, with special emphasis prior to 1994. It must be stated that the Clinton Heath Care Proposal, as proposed in its original form, has and continues to undergo fundamental revisions. It is the intent of this author to specify these revisions Ñ particularly in the year 1993, and as well the subsequent changes in 1994, as the bill continues to evolve from its original form. To this extent, I shall assess this evolution as well as the processes of change which have impacted this evolution. At this writing, the Clinton Health Care Plan is on hold until next year. It is my understanding that there will be no action taken on the Clinton Health Care Plan in 1994 Ñ and furthermore, it is also my understanding that Hillary Clinton has more or less agreed to some fundamental capitulation in terms of revision or change for the Clinton Health Care Plan as it stands.
