A 5 page paper proposal to assess a tool supply company for increased diversity in its recruiting. Project phases include assessing CEO commitment, human capital, corporate communications and supplier diversity separately, combining results to gain an overall view but keeping divisional results separate as well to facilitate closer examination. Human capital and supplier diversity will be more quantitative, but CEO commitment and corporate communications will need to be assessed using qualitative tools such as the case study.
