Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart is in many ways both an indictment of colonial England's arrogance and ignorance about African customs, and those customs themselves. This paper suggests that the Ibo culture was at least partially responsible for the colonialists' success in that part of Africa.This paper has seven pages and only the primary source was used.
