A Postmortem on a Project

Number of Pages 16

That Failed in order to undertake successful project management it is necessary to understand how or why projects fail. In order to consider this the writer selects a project which failed spectacularly, and undertakes a postmortem to determine the causes of failure. The case considered is that of the London ambulance service computerized dispatch system, the project of the 1990s which failed with a high financial and human cost. Twenty-two sources are cited in the bibliography this sixteen page paper.
