Hundreds of discrimination claims are filed with the EEOC every week. Some are credible and true, others are not even when they seem to be on the surface. Such is the case discussed in this paper. A woman filed a case claiming discrimination when she did not get a promotion. Upon reviewing the facts of the case and comparing it to two real cases, it was determined through evaluation that this was not a credible case. There are six sources used in this nine page paper.
