A Case Study on Developmental Issues

Number of Pages 8

In a paper of eight pages, the author identifies the challenges that a child may face in early adolescence. Early adolescence is a developmental period when children struggle with self-identification and developing autonomy in the presence of a range of different family situations. In the case of “Jeremy,” a 10 year old boy with anger management issues, situational elements in his family life have led him to transition from a cooperative and well-behaved child to one expressing aggression and anger. The author identifies treatment approaches and considers the implications for adult development. Bibliography lists thirteen source.
