Analysis of General Motors in the Post Bankruptcy Period

In 2009 General Motors went into bankruptcy; the paper undertakes an analysis of the firm following this bankruptcy and the sale of Vauxhall Motors. The first section of the paper is an industry analysis, looking at General Motors in the industry environment. The second section examines the way that the firm competes, the sources of competitive advantage. The analysis is used to formulate pa potential strategic option to help rebuild the firm. Sixteen sources are cited in the bibliography of this twenty-one page paper.
